A LITTLE MORE INFORMATION

Before you get started.

Does this form complete my registration?

No. It sends a request to the coordination team. A coordinator must verify your details, association membership and any further registration requirements.

How do I share my location?

Open the form on your phone, click the location button and allow location access. Stand at the place you want an agent to visit. If you need help, ask your association representative.

Will my details be visible to everyone?

No. The public directory contains association names and trades. Member names, phone numbers, exact locations and visit schedules are restricted to the authorised coordinator.

What if my association is not listed?

Ask your association representative to contact the pilot coordinator. Please do not select a different association just to submit the form.

How can I correct or remove my details?

When the coordinator contacts you, ask them to correct your information or remove your request. Have your request reference ready.
